Delete your Totality Nutrition account

This page explains how to delete your Totality Nutrition account and what happens to your data. Totality Nutrition is published by Totality 360 Pty Ltd.

Option 1: Delete inside the app

Open Totality Nutrition and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Ask us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email admintotality@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Totality Nutrition account". We will confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, name, email address and profile
Food logs, saved meals, recipes, meal plans and grocery lists
Water and weight logs, calorie and macro targets, and onboarding answers
Fitness and health data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect

What we may keep

Billing records for paid subscriptions may be kept for up to 7 years where Australian tax law requires it. Nothing else is kept once your account is deleted.
