The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read every message ourselves and aim to reply within 1 business day.

In the Totality app you can also tap Contact Support in Settings, which opens an email to the same inbox. For quick answers, try the Help Centre.

2Common Topics

• Account & login: for trouble signing in, resetting your password, or changing your email, email us and we'll sort it out directly.
• Billing & subscriptions: to change plans, update payment details, or cancel, follow the steps in the Help Centre, or email us if you run into an issue.
• Refunds: see our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request one.
• Privacy & your data: see our Privacy Policy and how we protect your data. To delete your account, see Delete your account, or email us to request a copy of your data.
• Bugs & crashes: see section 3 below for what to include so we can fix it fast.

3Reporting a Bug

If something isn't working, email us at admintotality@gmail.com with:

• What you were doing when it happened
• What you expected to happen, versus what actually happened
• A screenshot, if you have one
• Which app you're using (Totality or Totality Nutrition) and your device (iPhone, iPad, Android, or web)
